Ermelo, detached—not located in a park or on a property—so you’ll have plenty of privacy. The nature house is situated in a beautiful spot on a dirt road, overlooking the edge of the forest on the Staverden estate in the municipality of Ermelo. You can park your car on the property.Inside the cottage, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, a Nespresso machine, a coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, and an oven/microwave. It’s also important to note that the bedrooms are on the ground floor and feature luxurious box-spring beds. Outside on the terrace—“the grass isn’t mowed too often so that flowers and bees can thrive”—you can enjoy views of the forest with its red deer, foxes, badgers, and birds from under the covered area. Staverden Castle, with its beautiful garden, is just 15 minutes from Apeldoorn—home to Paleis het Loo—and Harderwijk, with its lively boulevard. There are several restaurants nearby with lovely outdoor seating areas. And of course, don’t forget the Hoge Veluwe National Park and the Kröller-Müller Museum. You can rent bicycles in the area.
Nature and surroundings
The Kroon properties are within walking distance, as is the Ermelose Heide with its sheepfold. Red deer are often seen passing by. The forests and streams are perfect for long walks or bike rides. There are several restaurants in the area, in Uddel, Elspeet, Garderen, and Ermelo.

Everything is provided. The hostess is very friendly.
Alles is aanwezig. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw.
It's wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature on a road with only local traffic.
Het is heerlijk rustig, midden in de prachtige natuur aan een weg met alleen bestemmingsverkeer.

A beautiful and very stylish cottage. The hostess gave us a wonderful welcome, and there were some treats waiting for us. The cottage was fully equipped. Both inside and out, a lot of attention had been paid to the decor and seating comfort. There was a place to sit everywhere.
Enjoy nature, the views, and the wonderful hiking and biking opportunities.
Genieten van de natuur en uitzicht en de mooie wandel en fietsmogelijkheden.
