Le Gîte , is a modern gîte inspired by its region. The ideal place to discover the Ardennes and its many facets. 80 square meters will welcome you with family or friends for 4 to 6 people. The house comprises a living room (with a 2p 130x200cm sofa bed) where you can heat with wood (included in the price), a fully-equipped kitchen heated by a pellet stove (included), two 2-person bedrooms (one with 2 single beds 90cmx200cm and one with a 2p 160cmx200cm bed) and a bathroom. The house is heated entirely with renewable energies (wood and pellets) and is equipped with a heat pump for domestic hot water, so you'll be living in an environmentally-friendly way :-). A colorful decor, sometimes natural, sometimes regional, a warm setting! A parking space is at your disposal. Your pet is welcome (we charge €25/dog/stay).
Nature and surroundings
We're in the heart of a densely wooded region. A walking trail (map available on request) leads down the street to our impressive communal beech forests. In just a few minutes, you can reach a nature reserve near the Château de Roumont. You can also visit the many reserves nearby (near Fourneau Saint-Michel in Saint-Hubert). In 20 minutes, you'll find yourself along the Semois, and in less than 10 minutes along the Lesse. A 10-minute drive will take you to the picturesque village of Redu (recently voted one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia, with its hamlets of Lesse and Séchery). Numerous attractions are less than 30 minutes away by car, including the Eurospace Center (5 minutes), the Han Caves (20 minutes), Bouillon Castle (30 minutes), the Bastogne War Museum (30 minutes), the Basilica of Saint Hubert (10 minutes), the Mudia in Redu (10 minutes), etc.
