We rent our family home in Burgundy, 150 m2 of living space, near the Morvan park, about 3 hours from Paris by car. It has 4 bedrooms: Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed Children's bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a drawer bed Downstairs: 2 interconnecting bedrooms with a 140 cm double bed and a child's bed. Possibility of adding a second single bed. All bedding is new. A large, fully-equipped kitchen and living room complete the accommodation. The house is rented as a whole.
Nature and surroundings
It's on the edge of a small village, not overlooked and away from the noise. You'll enjoy a large garden of almost 3000 m2 with a magnificent view over the surrounding countryside, where only the areas used are mowed, we practice partial and reasoned mowing. Outside, there are plenty of places to eat and relax (deckchairs, hammock, swings, barbecue, brazier). There's plenty to do in the area: visit the lakes of the Morvan Park, the Colancelle vaults, the Château de Bazoches, the Nivernais Canal, the town of Vézelay, the vineyards of Tannay, and many hiking trails starting from the house. A guide to activities and good addresses is left at the house.
