Fully equipped house, there is even a bath with a view! We have walked a lot, the house is close to stages of the Eifelsteig. Also our dogs had a great time. But if you have enterprising dogs it is wise to bring a long leash and a hook, because the (spacious) garden is fenced but not "dog proof", they can easily run away.
