Our Tiny House 2 is idyllically situated between woods and meadows on the edge of Marborn (Steinau a.d. Straße), just 500 m from the Kinzig reservoir. The charming wooden house was renovated in 2023, lovingly furnished and insulated - it is also cozy in winter. 35 m² of space offers two bedrooms, each with a 1.60 m double bed, a kitchen-living room with sofa bed (1.20 m) and a modern bathroom with shower and infrared heating. There is room for up to 5 people (max. 4 adults and one child or 2 adults with up to 3 children). The 70 m² outdoor area (approx. 20 m² covered) invites you to sunbathe or barbecue. Dogs are welcome (max. 2, for a fee). 4 vacation homes are located on a 14,000 m² property with plenty of space, a play area and e-bike rental. WLAN is available everywhere. Our Tiny Houses are idyllically situated between woods and meadows - perfect for nature lovers, walkers and those seeking peace and quiet. Just 500 m away, the Kinzig reservoir with pedal boat hire, circular trail ("Ardeas Seenwelt") and play and learning stations invites you to relax. Numerous hiking and cycling trails lead through the region, for example along the Spessartbogen or through the Teufelsloch nature reserve. Children will love the Steinau adventure park with animals, playgrounds and the nearby climbing forest. A highlight is the stalactite cave "Teufelshöhle" with guided tours through fascinating rock formations. If you like culture, visit the Brothers Grimm House, the castle or the charming little theatre in Steinau. Bad Soden-Salmünster, a spa town with thermal baths, Kneipp facilities, outdoor pool, barefoot path and extensive spa gardens, is within easy reach. Restaurants such as the "Jossatal" or the Landgasthof Druschel cater for your physical well-being. In the evening, your cozy Tiny House in the middle of the countryside awaits you.
