Looking for a lovely comfortable cottage really in the middle of nature on a road without through traffic ? Away from the crowds, just nature around you, enjoy a small house on the edge of the forest with all amenities and a lovely natural garden of 8000m2 with a beautiful view over the hills of the Morvan. You enter into the well-equipped kitchen with large fridge-dishwasher, dishwasher, hob and oven. Next door is a bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink and washing machine and a separate toilet. The living room has a dining area, sitting area with wood stove and a small desk. Upstairs is the spacious bedroom with double bed of 160x200. There is wifi and dogs (maximum 2) are allowed There is a shed with garden furniture, gas BBQ and where bicycles can be stored.
Nature and surroundings
The natural garden of 8000m2, partly grass with many fruit trees and partly forest, has a beautiful view over the hills and you look out on Mont Beuvray. The road does not lead to any other house so no one passes by except a hiker or a farmer and you walk straight into the woods. The water comes from a well in the garden, we advise you not to drink it and ask you to use it sparingly. The gite is located in the southern part of the Morvan, characterized by a green hilly landscape with many forests, meadows and small streams. Luzy is a slightly larger town where you will find all the necessary stores and restaurants and is about 15 minutes drive away. We ourselves live 15 minutes drive from the cottage. Depending on the season we have eggs, vegetables and fruit from our organic vegetable garden available.

We had a little problem with the water supply for a while and it was solved excellently. Was even a nice solution.
