Historic and monumental, "other-than-other" group accommodation. Detached in the green, to perfection requested and superbly equipped And what a location! One step outside the door and you are in the middle of the green. This attractive nature house offers you a sea of space. It has 17 bedrooms for up to 27 guests and up to six different living areas, from spacious (95m2) auditorium to large conservatory with wood stove, dining room with beamed ceiling, coffee bar and library (again with wood stove), to intimate garden room. The kitchen is professionally equipped. Primarily, this is a retreat location. Would you like to host a multi-day retreat, heath days or offsite here? This is possible if you have a leisurely program in mind. For example, sports or game activities, amplified music and outdoor stays after 22:30 are not allowed. Therefore, this house is not suitable for parties, weddings or bachelor parties. On request with catering or self-catering.
Nature and surroundings
Green, green and more green. This nature house is surrounded by gardens, meadows and forest. One step outside the front door and you are in the middle of the free nature of a Natura 2000 area: the North Holland Dune Reserve. Some 5,300 hectares in size and thus one of the largest nature reserves in the country. The area is 20 kilometers long, an average of 2.5 kilometers wide and stretches from the village of Wijk aan Zee to the Schoorl Dunes. Every kilometer in the area is different, with specific plant and animal species. Truly a paradise for walkers and cyclists.
