Our Nature House is peace, space and privacy. In our Nature House you feel the space and rural feeling that makes you "get out" and unwind. The modern, contemporary house is fully equipped. A modern interior with vintage elements has been chosen, a surprising and beautiful combination. On the one hand a new kitchen and fresh new beds, on the other hand the vintage items provide warmth and atmosphere in the light and modern interior. Stylish and warm, but also comfortable, fresh and clean, the vacation home has its own parking lot on a former farm in the heart of Friesland. On one side a beautiful orchard and on the other free view over the meadows and farmlands. Equipped with a spacious terrace with garden furniture on the south side and a seat on the east side ear the rising sun. In addition, our nature house has a lockable bike shed with power supply.
Nature and surroundings
Our nature house has a quiet location with plenty of privacy thanks to the beautiful trees, hedges and plants. We would like all our visitors to get acquainted with the beautiful nature and peace and quiet that Friesland has to offer. We are on the cycling route in the heart of Friesland and are therefore an excellent base for beautiful cycling but also hiking. The Princess Margriet Canal is within walking distance and here you can enjoy the waterfront or go fishing. Nearby is also National Park De Alde Feanen located around the village Earnewald. With water, reed lands and many plant and animal species. The lively water sports villages of Akkrum, Terherne and Grou are at (short) cycling distance from our nature house. Larger places such as Sneek, Leeuwarden, Heerenveen and Joure are easy to reach and are about 15 km away.
