Nature house in Katselovo

Imagine this: you wake up to the sound of a cuckoo, step out into the garden, breathe in the fresh air, and take in the natural beauty around you—with the mountains in the distance—accompanied only by the sounds of birds, crickets, and the wind. That’s what it feels like to return to nature. That’s what it’s like to stay in this nature villa. In a secluded and traffic-free part of the village of Katselovo, perched on a hill with stunning views of the wooded valley, the village, and the mountains, this 90 m² two-story villa sits in a beautiful garden. Downstairs is a 35 m² open living area with a large U-shaped kitchen, a dining area for 10 people, a sitting area with a large (double) sofa bed and a 42-inch TV with a Nintendo Wii, and an original (functional) old stove. Thanks to the 70 cm-thick natural stone walls, the temperature here is always pleasant, but there is also air conditioning for cooling and heating. Heating is also possible with the stove, but firewood is not included.

The second floor, accessible via an outdoor staircase, consists of three double bedrooms (with air conditioning), a full bathroom, and a very spacious landing with a children’s play area and an extra sofa bed. The master bedroom is equipped with a 37-inch TV and a retro game console. From the balcony by the front door, you have an amazing view of the garden and the valley. The 1,550 m² garden makes this a true nature villa. The main feature is, of course, the 5-meter-wide round swimming pool (1.35 m deep). The rest of the garden consists of a grassy landscape with fruit trees and various seating areas and hammocks. Directly in front of the house is a terrace with dining tables and chairs for 10 people under a grapevine pergola, and next to it is another terrace with barbecues (charcoal/wood). There is a large volleyball/badminton/petanque court, and next to it is a playground for the children with swings, climbing structures, a sandbox, and a large trampoline. And all of this with a view that will make you say WOW :) .
