Nature house in Katselovo

Imagine waking up to the sound of the Cuckoo, stepping outside into the garden, breathing the fresh air and looking at the natural beauty around you with the mountains in the distance, supported by just the sound of birds, crickets and the wind. That's what getting back to nature feels like. That's what it's like to stay in this nature villa. In a remote and traffic-free part of the village of Katselovo, on top of the hill with beautiful views of the forested valley, the village and the mountains, lies this 90 m2 2-story villa in a beautiful garden. Downstairs is an open living area of 35 m2 with a large U-shaped kitchen, a dining area for 10 people, sitting area with a large (double) sofa bed and 42-inch TV with Nintendo Wii, and an original (usable) old stove. Because of the 70 cm natural stone walls, the temperature here is always pleasant, but there is also an air conditioner for cooling and heating. Heating can also be done with the stove, but wood for stoking is not included.

The second floor, reached by an external staircase, consists of three double bedrooms (with air conditioning), a full bathroom and a very wide landing with children's play area and extra sofa bed. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a 37-inch TV with retro game console. From the balcony by the front door you have an insane view of the garden and the valley, and the 1550 m2 garden makes this a real nature villa. The main feature is of course the 5-meter round pool (1.35m deep). Furthermore, the garden consists of a grass landscape with fruit trees and various seating arrangements and hammocks. Directly in front of the house is a terrace with dining tables and chairs for 10 people under a grape pergola, and next to it is another terrace with barbecues (coal/wood and gas). There is a large volleyball / badminton / petanque court, and next to it is a playground for children with swings, climbing equipment, sandpit and a large trampoline, all with a view that says WOW :) .
