B&B in an authentic yurt in the beautiful Achterhoek. Comfortably furnished. With dining area, sitting area with wood stove (plenty of wood), good WIFI and your bed is already made. Includes full breakfast, towels, hair dryer, etc. The round shape, colorful roof poles and furniture do something to you. Decorated with attention to detail and comfort and certified as B&B with 3 tulips. With a double bed or 2 single beds, only the yurt is located in the spacious yard of Het Land van Kempers. Private sanitary unit 50 steps from the barn. Here you will also find a covered seating area, with refrigerator, microwave and Table BBQ. Restaurant in Geesteren is 3 min drive or 10 min walk via a beautiful dirt road. Here you can also take away. Borculo with restaurants, including delivery, is 10 min drive, Lochem 15 min. On our yard live also 2 pigs and 10 alpacas. You can always take a look at the fence. We also offer Meet & Greets, advance booking is required.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is located in a quiet area in the yard of the Achterhoek farm "Kempers" which has been on old maps since 1880. Only a mower, tractor or neighborhood party can disturb the peace here. Here you can still enjoy 'unspoiled' nature. A great place for walkers and cyclists, with beautifully preserved dirt roads. A beautiful wooden shoe path runs right past our yard. Cycle route LF4, the Central Netherlands route, runs right through our beautiful village Geesteren. You can charge and park your (rented) bike with us. Very centrally located: At 10 min drive from Diepenheim, Markelo, Borculo, Ruurlo, Lochem and the Lochemse Berg. With 25 min drive you are in Zutphen, Deventer, Gorssel, Delden, Enschede, Winterswijk or the Sallandse Heuvelrug. Or in a "health float spa. KNUS, nice that the sounds from outside are so good to hear: the early birds, the rain, the wind. A good wood stove and comfortable chairs. Nice spacious place by the yurt, eg for breakfast and when you're fffied out. Fine cycling routes with very little car traffic. Very attentive and friendly hostess.
