Breda’s House sits on an elevated site at the end of a cul-de-sac lane ( a dead end lane) about four kilometers off the Skellig Ring Scenic Road between the fishing village of Portmagee and Ballinskelligs. It offers great sea views across the Atlantic, the Skellig Rocks, Puffin Island and the rugged coastline where you can see the massive waves breaking. The “Blue Flag Beach” of St. Finian´s Bay is nearby. The Blue Flag is an European award for clean beaches with clean water. The near vicinty of the house offers ample possibilities for walking along the coastal trails, for cycling on rural country lanes, for exploring the many ancient sites of the Celts or just just for relaxing and enyoying the great sunsets and the fresh Atlantic breeze.
