It’s the perfect base from which to explore the Aveyron and Cantal departments on foot, by bike, or by car. A charming vacation home with a living room featuring an open kitchen. From the living room, step out onto your balcony and feel as if you’re all alone in nature. From the ground floor, you can walk right out onto the large, beautifully landscaped wooden terrace. Cozy seating areas on your balcony, on the wooden deck, or under the shaded porch let you enjoy your lunch or dinner. Every moment of the day and every season paints a different picture from the balcony or the wooden deck. A breathtaking view that never gets old. The house features a living room with an open, luxurious kitchen, and a staircase in the living room leads down to the bedroom, which includes a sink and a spacious walk-in shower. Nature and surroundings
You’ll definitely find nature and beautiful surroundings near the vacation home. Stunning hiking and biking trails start right at your front door. Hiking near Mur-de-Barrez There are plenty of hiking trails to choose from. Your vacation home also includes a handy booklet with hiking routes in the area, such as the Sentier des Quatre Lacs This hiking trail starts in Mur-de-Barrez and takes you through a stunning landscape dotted with four beautiful lakes. The trail is about 13 km long and takes approximately 4–5 hours to complete. Le Chemin de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle This is a section of the famous pilgrimage route that takes you from Mur-de-Barrez to Conques. This route is about 25 km long and takes about 7–8 hours to complete. Stunning cycling routes for mountain bikes or touring bikes. Of course, there are also picturesque French villages, delicious restaurants, and nearby towns. And for winter, there’s a cross-country skiing area just a 30-minute drive away, and the Lioran ski resort is 40 minutes away.
