Cozy cottage, rural location in Meersel-Dreef Belgium, a small village 10 km south of Breda, it is the northernmost point of Belgium. Here you can enjoy the peace between the horses on the farm and in the evening enjoy the sunset from your own veranda. It is a detached cottage (6x3 incl veranda) with separate private bathroom, kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine, free Wifi, double sofa bed (160x200), dining area, and stove. Free parking at the cottage. Storage available for bicycles. Possibility of bringing your own horse(s). Four spacious stables available with use of outdoor arena and pasture. Beautiful riding possibilities.
Nature and surroundings
You can enjoy walking and cycling in the area along the river De Mark, which runs into Breda, or in the Chaamse woods, the Strijbeekse heath or the Mastbos. There is a special Aardbeienfietsroute with various distances, all signposted. At 10 minutes cycling distance is a beautiful recreational lake De Mosten where you can also water ski. You are 15 minutes by car from Hoogstraten, and 30 minutes from Antwerp, a vibrant city. Nearby is also the village of Zundert, the birthplace of Vincent van Gogh.
