Imagine waking up in a vacation apartment that offers you everything your heart desires. Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the main house, measures 55 square meters and offers you everything your heart desires. Our apartment, which was lovingly renovated in winter 24/25 and furnished to a high standard, has 2 bedrooms, one with a raised double bed, the other with 2 single beds. A bright bathroom with shower and a spacious entrance area. A modern living room with a very well-equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, couch and TV. The apartment also has a large furnished east-facing balcony. The local solid wood furniture gives the apartment a warm and inviting atmosphere in which you will immediately feel at home. The very high-quality new kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with integrated extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, hand mixer, etc.
Nature and surroundings
A paradise in the countryside! Our centerpiece is the spacious garden with wonderful mountain views. Here the little ones can run around to their heart's content while you enjoy the sun on our comfortable loungers. Swing, sandpit seesaw, rocking animal, giant trampoline, basketball hoop, table tennis table and soccer goals - there's something for everyone. Our latest highlight is the in-house mini golf course, where fun and variety for the whole family is guaranteed. In the evening, you can end the day in a convivial atmosphere in the outdoor seating area with barbecue or around a cozy campfire. The beautiful Chiemsee is only 700m away, meadows, forests and mountains, as well as numerous lakes invite you to go hiking, walking, swimming or cycling. Take a picturesque boat trip to the magnificent Fraueninsel and Herreninsel with the royal castle. Let yourself be enchanted by the beauty of the Chiemgau and experience unforgettable moments in one of the most beautiful regions of Germany.
