A beautiful estate, close to the dunes of Zoutelande. The gatehouse is atmospheric and idyllic, special because of its ecological building style and choice of materials. It is equipped for 15 people and possibly a baby or toddler. On the ground floor is a spacious living room. The kitchen has a large stove and is fully equipped. On the other side of the gate is a recreation room with a table tennis table and a washing machine. On the 1st floor above the living room there are 3 bedrooms for 2 persons with private sink and shower; above the garage 2 studios for 2 persons with kitchenette and shower and on the landing a table soccer. Above the gate is an intermediate room with 3 bedsteads with two single beds each and a table billiards. There are 4 toilets. There is a washing machine, hairdryers and free Wifi. At the front a sunny terrace with lounge sofas and chess. At the rear a fenced sports field and a spacious parking lot.
Nature and surroundings
The estate is an oasis of greenery and tranquility. There are walking paths through green hedges lined meadows and a private forest. Deer, hares and rabbits can be spotted here. The beach of Zoutelande is only 800m away. Zoutelande is the only seaside resort in the Netherlands with a south-facing sandy beach and usually has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. The estate is located in the middle of a polder landscape with a panoramic view. The center of Zoutelande lies at 1.3 km (walking) distance. In Zoutelande you will find a wide variety of stores, attractive restaurants and cozy terraces. In the summer months there is a weekly tourist market in the center (on Tuesdays). Zeeland offers a variety of nice shopping towns where monumental buildings determine the street scene. Besides shopping, it is great to sit on a terrace with a snack and a drink. Middelburg, Vlissingen, Zierikzee, Domburg, Veere and Goes are worth a visit.
