A stunning estate, close to the dunes of Zoutelande. The gatehouse is charmingly and idyllically situated, notable for its eco-friendly architectural style and choice of materials. It is equipped to accommodate 15 people, plus a baby or toddler if needed. The ground floor features a spacious living room. The kitchen has a large stove and is fully equipped. On the other side of the gate is a recreation room with a ping-pong table and a washing machine. On the first floor, above the living room, there are 3 bedrooms for 2 people each, with their own sink and shower; above the garage, there are 2 studios for 2 people each, with a kitchenette and shower; and on the landing, there is a foosball table. Above the gate is a connecting room with three box beds, each containing two single beds, and a pool table. There are four restrooms. A washing machine, hair dryers, and free Wi-Fi are provided. At the front is a sunny terrace with lounge sofas and a chess set. At the back, there is a fenced-in sports field and a spacious parking area.

The estate is an oasis of greenery and tranquility. There are walking trails through meadows lined with green hedges and a private forest. You can spot deer, hares, and rabbits here. Zoutelande Beach is just 800 meters away. Zoutelande is the only seaside resort in the Netherlands with a south-facing sandy beach and typically enjoys the most hours of sunshine in the country. The estate is situated in the heart of a polder landscape with sweeping views. The center of Zoutelande is 1.3 kilometers away (walking distance). In Zoutelande, you’ll find a wide variety of shops, attractive restaurants, and cozy outdoor cafes. During the summer months, there’s a weekly tourist market in the center (on Tuesdays). Zeeland offers a selection of charming shopping towns where historic buildings define the streetscape. In addition to shopping, it’s wonderful to sit on a terrace and enjoy a snack and a drink. Middelburg, Vlissingen, Zierikzee, Domburg, Veere, and Goes are all worth a visit.
