This nature house was built as a wooden house in 2023, sustainable, ecological and in the middle of the nature of the Volcanic Eifel! Experience unforgettable moments with a little luxury flair. Feel the healthy indoor climate inside. You can expect the highest quality made of wood, hemp insulation, lime plaster, natural slate, free of animal hair and nicotine. Large windows with far-reaching views of a volcanic crater and a living room height of 5.50 m connect you with the surrounding nature. The first floor with 51m² and 2 galleries with 25m² minimizes resources, yet is optimally divided. 2 separate bedrooms offer space for 4 people. You can choose between the bedroom on the first floor with a double bed or the two single beds on the gallery with a starry window to the Vulkaneifel sky. A living room with kitchen and a bathroom with sauna are fully equipped. On cold days, choose the underfloor heating or the wood-burning stove for romantic hours. Wooden shutters replace air conditioning on hot days!
Nature and surroundings
The three terraces (south, north and a high terrace) offer space to relax, barbecue and enjoy. Alternatively, you can use the 1000m² meadow with hammock and deckchairs! With a bit of luck, your breakfast will be accompanied by a deer, as the property borders a small wood. ֍A hiking trail around the volcanic crater is immediately adjacent. ֍The neighboring Immerather Maar is within walking distance and offers a paradise for anglers in a dreamlike green environment surrounded by forest! Cycle paths offer challenges. ֍The Pulvermaar is only 5 minutes away by car, the 70m deep Eifelmaar offers opportunities for hiking, swimming or boating. ֍A hike of around 1 hour and 45 minutes leads to the lava bomb in Strohn. ֍Skywalk, a viewing platform is approx. 7 km away, this hike opens up a boundless view from the Achterhöhe.
