A beautiful chalet at the edge of the forest, on a quiet park. I bought the chalet as a first step back to Holland, after 25 years of living and working in Indonesia. It is an idyllic place, green and ideal to unwind, be alone for a while, or write a book and enjoy nature every day. Suitable for 1 or 2 persons. Dogs and cats are not allowed on the park. Inside a modern furnished living room cum kitchen, bedroom with double bed, and spacious bathroom with shower. There is TV and wireless internet. For cold days there is central heating. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave/oven, kettle and Nespresso machine. In front of the cottage a spacious garden with pond and seating, to the side a large terrace facing south, where you can enjoy the sun or shade under the large majestic fir.
Nature and surroundings
Around the corner, a minute's walk away, is the Sprielderbos for long walks and bike rides. There are numerous hiking and biking trails through the forest for trips in the area, such as to the mysterious Solsche Gat in the Speulderbos. In that forest is also brasserie Schovenhorst, within walking distance through the forest. Hiking and cycling route maps are ready in the cottage. My favorite place is boshuis Drie, a nice walk through Sprielderbos to the Speulderbos. Can also be done by bike. The cottage is within walking-biking distance of the built-up area of Putten. The center is 5 minutes and the station 10 minutes cycling. Inside is a folder with suggestions for walks and steps.
