NO LONG TERM RENTAL! Nice cottage, nicely located, nice view, on quiet cul-de-sac with only local traffic, suitable for two people with a dog. The surrounding garden is enclosed with a fence, so the dog cannot run away. The bedroom is upstairs, as well as a second toilet and under the cottage there is a basement where the washing machine and a freezer.The cottage is very fully furnished and there are many books in the large bookcase, including many nature books.In the morning the sun shines on the terrace at the back of the cottage, in the afternoon a little on both sides. At the front is a small shed for two bikes and private parking for one car. From the house you can walk to the Kniphorstbos/de Strubben, where there is a large off-leash area for dogs. Another off-leash area is 5 minutes away.The cottage has been rented out before and received very good reviews.It was recently re-entered, unfortunately still without reviews.
Nature and surroundings
The nature around Schipborg is great and beautiful in every season. Schipborg is located in the National Park Drentsche Aa, on the stream of the same name. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails. Zuidlaren is 5km away and there are several stores and restaurants.
