A perfect little cottage with a lovely outdoor area—even when it rains, thanks to the canopy. The ceiling is a bit low upstairs, so watch your head; the layout is well-thought-out and practical, with plenty of storage space.
Mornings are wonderful with the rising sun.

Perfect huisje met heerlijke buitenruimte, zelfs als het regent door de overkapping. De boven ruimte is wat laag, dus goed oppassen voor je hoofd, de indeling ervan is goed doordacht en praktisch met veel opbergruimte.
De ochtenden zijn heerlijk met de opkomende zon.

A lovely little cottage offering peace and privacy. The view is fantastic. It’s situated at a nice elevation in the mountains, so the temperature is very pleasant even when it’s 30 degrees down in the village. Very enjoyable!

Heerlijk huisje met alle rust en privacy. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Je zit op een mooie hoogte in de bergen waardoor de temperatuur zeer aangenaam is als het beneden in het dorp 30 graden is. Zeer plezierig!

The cottage isn't large, but it's very cleverly laid out. There are three bedrooms separated by partitions, each with comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped; the only thing really missing is an oven or microwave. Outside, there's both a dining table and an extra set of patio furniture, including a barbecue.

Het huisje is niet groot, maar heel slim ingericht. Er zijn drie slaapkamers gescheiden door schotten met fijne matrassen. In de keuken kan je overal over beschikken, enige wat echt ontbreekt is een oven of magnetron. Buiten is zowel een eettafel als een extra tuinset beschikbaar, inclusief een barbeque.

A wonderful place to stay. Every morning, you can enjoy coffee (or tea) with such a beautiful view. It’s unbelievable. One great thing is that the cottage faces east, so that in the afternoon, when the sun is at its strongest, it sets behind the mountain, keeping the temperature comfortable. There are also beautiful (and challenging) walking and hiking trails in the area. You can also cool off nearby at several beautiful pools overlooking an ancient Roman bridge. The valley is home to a number of charming villages, and a little further away is Lake Mezzola, where you can actually go for a swim.

Een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Je drinkt elke ochtend koffie (of thee) met zo een prachtig uitzicht. Niet te geloven. Heel fijn is dat het huisje uitkijkt op het oosten waardoor in de loop van de middag als de zon op zijn sterkst is deze achter de berg zakt zodat de temperatuur behapbaar blijft. Daarnaast zijn er mooie (ook uitdagende) wandel en hike routes in de omgeving. Net als de mogelijkheid om in de buurt af te koelen bij een aantal prachtige poelen met uitzicht op een oude Romeinse brug. In de vallei liggen verder een aantal mooie dorpjes en iets verder op het meer van Mezzola om echt te kunnen zwemmen.
