A typical historic Italian house for 2 nature lovers and adventurers. It is said that the house with its 60 cm thick Pietro stone walls is as old as 500 years. An ideal base to explore the region on foot, by mountain bike or by car. The house is a turret of three floors located on a strategic point in the Campagne, Upper floor is the bedroom. Below is the living / dining kitchen (of course with refrigerator, oven, nespresso coffee machine and kettle) with a side room with dining area and then the bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin). Below is the so-called Cantina or storage room. Here you will find a washing machine, bicycles and wood for the wood stove. Linen package of 25 euros pp = bed / bath / kitchen linen. Nature and surroundings
Located in the campaign on the edge of Riserva Naturale Statale della Gola del Furlo, a unique natural reserve of 3600 hectares, including the towns of Acqualagna, Cagli, Fermignano, Fossombrone and Urbino. On Monday mornings there is a lively market in Fossombrone and on Saturday mornings in Fano. Fossombrone is about a 20-minute drive from the fortified town of Fano, located on the Adriatic Sea. Nearby you will find beautiful beaches for a day by the sea or for a nice lunch.
