Stylish elegant living with fireplace and terrace With its 2 rooms (approx. 75 sqm) it is suitable for 1-3 persons. The living room is furnished with a Wilhelminian-style wardrobe, sofa bed (150x200cm), inviting seating, floor lamp, LCD-HD TV and fireplace. Books, games and a CD radio await your visit. You can reach the terrace (20sqm) with sloping garden from the living room. The cosy bedroom has a double bed, softwood closet and a leather sofa. A feel-good bathroom with window, spacious rain shower, washbasin, WC, welcomes you warmly. The kitchen is generously equipped for cooking enthusiasts with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove with ceramic hob, convection oven, etc. In the hallway there is a shoe cupboard, full-length mirror and a wardrobe. Brochures and information about delivery services are available in the apartment. Garage for bicycles, free parking space. Electricity for e-car will be charged separately.
Nature and surroundings
The four-star vacation apartments in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, in the Lohrsdorf district, are located in the romantic Ahr valley, close to the Rhine valley and the beginnings of the Eifel, between Koblenz, Bonn and Cologne. Nestled between forest, meadows and vineyards, you will find true peace and quiet here for the most precious time of the year, your vacation. As the name suggests, the small stream, the Lohrs, crosses our village and flows into the Ahr at approx. 800 m. Directly on the red wine hiking trail below the Landskrone castle ruins and the Köhlerhof golf course. Not far from the idyllic Ahrauen with its sunbathing lawns and hiking trails. Step out of the house and you are right in the middle of nature. Animal watching is very important here. The Ahrsteig trail offers beautiful views from Heimersheim over the Ahr valley heights to Blankenheim or to the Rhine at Sinzig, where the Ahr flows into the Rhine. Give your car a break and reach the towns easily by public transport.
