Staying in this mobile home is a special experience! Nice outside but with all the comforts of a cottage. Recently completely refurbished. Freshly painted, a brand new kitchen. Garden furniture in the grass, you have your own spacious place! This "Tiny house" is ideal for retreating into nature, studying, meditating or finishing that writing job undisturbed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster and stove! Water you can tap at the water point, there is a small water tap and a large jerry can available that you can place on the counter above the sink.
Nature and surroundings
What is there to do? All kinds of fresh products are available at the campsite's farm store. Zutphen is nearby and a very pleasant town with terraces and restaurants. There is a market on Thursdays and Saturdays in the cozy center.The swimming lake Bronsbergen is a few minutes drive from the campsite.Nearby you have a tea garden with a beautiful garden to walk in. Furthermore, you can rent canoes to sail on the Berkel (also go into the city center, you will experience the city from a completely different perspective!), and a short distance away in Gorssel you will find Museum More for Modern Art. The art pumping station in Bronkhorst with its cozy terrace on the dike is also worth a visit!

Marijke May 19, 2024 General rating:The cottage was very disappointing. The sofa bed had to be set up by pulling a heavy cabinet from the kitchen and putting it under the sofa bed, this cannot be done by 1 person. You don't take it down the next morning either.
The car was smaller than expected. No running water. Was nice if this evrn had been mentioned. It is that due to circumstances we had to leave earlier, we had booked 5 days. Maybe good to mention that it is nice for 1 or 2 nights, but more is really not to do. Response from landlord: Dear Marijke, thanks for your feedback and sorry you had to leave earlier. We have adjusted the sofa bed and it is now also made up ready for new guests! The mobile home has an inside dimension of 4 x 2 meters and a lot of standing room / upstairs space. We also mentioned the use of the water tap in the ad text.Het huisje viel erg tegen. De bedbank moest worden opgezet door een zwaar kastje uit de keuken te trekken en onder de bedbank te zetten, dit is niet door 1 persoon te doen. Je haalt het de volgende morgen ook niet even weg.
De wagen was kleiner dan verwacht. Geen stromend water. Was fijn als dit evrn was vermeld. Het is dat we door omstandigheden eerder weg moesten, we hadden 5 dagen geboekt. Misschien goed om te vermelden dat het voor 1 of 2 bachten leuk is, maar meer is eigenlijk niet te doen.

Beste Marijke, bedankt voor je feedback en jammer dat je eerder weg moest. We hebben de bedbank aangepast en deze staat nu ook opgemaakt klaar voor nieuwe gasten! De pipowagen heeft een binnenafmeting van 4 x 2 meter en veel stahoogte / bovenruimte. Het gebruik van de watertap hebben we ook in de advertentietekst vermeld.Nature, peace & environment:There was plenty of peace outside.
