The old barn, completely built of stone and wood, is located on the edge of a chestnut forest in Beigua Regional Park. Perfect for those who love to immerse themselves in nature, it has a wooden terrace among the trees where you can relax among the sounds of the forest and from where you can admire a glimpse of the sea. We are in fact only 9km from the beaches, at the same distance from Varazze, Celle and Albisola. The house has a small living room at the entrance with sofa and television with tvsat, downstairs kitchen and bathroom with shower and upstairs the master bedroom. Since the accommodation is spread over three floors, it is not suitable for small children or people with mobility difficulties. To reach the house one must travel the last 100 meters through the woods on a steep road not recommended for excessively low cars and large vans. The area is not served by public transportation.

- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
