At the back of our green yard, about 5 kilometers from Zierikzee, stands this spacious and cozy yurt. The yurt is simply but comfortably furnished. There is a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove, fridge, kettle, sink with hot water and crockery. There is a double canopy bed. Two single beds can be added on request. A crib is also possible. There is a cozy sitting area, next to the wood stove. The veranda overlooks the wild private garden with fireplace. The simple sanitary facilities consist of a compost toilet and hot shower located just outside the yurt in the garden. There is the possibility to book our wood-fired sauna as well. It is also possible to book a massage or breathing session during your stay, to find some more inner peace or deepening :) Be welcome!

We live in the middle of the polder, between Zierikzee, Dreischor and Schuddebeurs on the beautiful island of Schouwen-Duiveland. Our yard borders on farmland and a small nature reserve with two fens and home to hares, deer and many birds. The area is great for walking and cycling. (And swimming is nearby in the Grevelingenmeer, in the Oosterschelde, or a little further in the North Sea with its beautiful beaches, dunes and woods. About five kilometers away is the beautiful monumental town of Zierikzee, with numerous terraces, restaurants and stores. But back at the yurt, you mostly hear birds and see the starry sky at night....
