Nature house in Noordwolde

This new nature house is located on the border of Friesland, Drenthe and Overijssel in the Frisian town of Noordwolde. This vacation home was completed in June 2024 and is fully equipped. It stands on a spacious plot (almost 1,000 m2) with a large terrace on the side and back of the house (accessible via a sliding door from the living room) where you have sun almost all day. The garden offers lots of privacy and enough space for children to play. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom. The spacious living room has a long table where 8 people can sit together and eat, play a game or have a nice chat. There is also a spacious seating area with a large TV. The kitchen is equipped with Nespresso machine, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and microwave. Both downstairs and upstairs there is a toilet and a washer and dryer.

This new nature house is located on the border of Friesland, Drenthe and Overijssel (near the Drents-Friese Wold and Giethoorn) in the Frisian town of Noordwolde. The recreational area Spokeplas is less than a 5-minute walk through the woods. There are walking and cycling routes everywhere in the area. 6 km away you will find the beautiful village of Frederiksoord which is part of Unesco World Heritage "Koloniën van Weldadigheid". Within cycling distance you will find nature reserves such as De Weerribben, De Rottige Meente and Kale Duinen (Appelscha). By car you can reach Giethoorn in 25 minutes (by bike within an hour) and large cities such as Zwolle (35 minutes), Leeuwarden (35 minutes) Groningen (45 minutes) and Amsterdam (80 minutes) are also easily accessible from Noordwolde. Less than 5 minutes walk away is an outdoor swimming pool, 2 padel courts and 3 tennis courts. Furthermore, all amenities (2 supermarkets, bakery, snack bar, eatery, drugstore, pharmacy and doctor's office) are present in the village.
