A nature house with centuries-old olive trees, a view to dream of and the cozy village of Lari at 12 min walking distance. You will stay in a fine house of 100m2 with 2 floors, very centrally located in Tuscany. 30 min from Pisa, 30 min from the sea, 1 hour from Florence, Lucca and San Gimignano. You have access (30 meters walk) to the garden on our own hill with ancient olive trees and spectacular views. You may also enjoy picking from our vegetable garden. That taste of Tuscan tomatoes! There are 2 nice outdoor showers and a few seating areas. The kitchen overlooks Lari and all rooms have screens. No air conditioning, but good fans in every room. Nearby: shopping in gourmet Lari, at the organic farmers or at one of the supermarkets about 10 min drive away. Hiking: anywhere and directly from the house. Don't miss: - Theatro di Silenzio, by Andrea Bocelli (40 min). - Cycling and walking through the charming neighborhood 'colline Pisane'. - Enjoying all the culinary delights this area has to offer: cheese, wine, cherry sausage (!), pasta from the world famous pasta factory Martelli and the most delicious local organic vegetables - The diversity of beaches. Ask us for tips, there is something for everyone - Great food & drinks at one of the great pizzerias and restaurants nearby. Nature, peace & environment:Beautifully situated house with inviting garden, adequate furnishings and functional kitchen. The dishwasher frees you from rather tedious chores on vacation. Quiet location -- only the local rush hour traffic was sometimes audible. There were two of us there and we found the size to be very generous.
