Nature house in Herwijnen

Welcome to this nature house! In the yard of our residential farm is our cozy but spacious Tiny house. An ideal place to retreat and recharge. Cozy sitting area with nice corner sofa to nestle on overlooking the greenery and smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped including attractive crockery, oven, espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator drawers. At the spacious dining table you can dine for a long time. The romantic box bed (140 x 210) has a trundle (120 x 180) for when more guests come along. The bathroom is also very attractive with golden rain shower and light blue tiles. The front has a porch to sit on the bench in the evening sun to enjoy the firepit or pizza oven. The terrace by the French doors is ideal for breakfast in the morning sun, bbq or to gaze into the greenery. Bed linen and linens are provided, as well as coffee and tea. You are most welcome!

The property is located at the foot of the Waal dike. The tinyhouse is detached and located in the back yard of our residential farm. From the sitting area and the terrace you look straight into the green and you can spot plenty of birds, such as the green woodpecker and robins. From the kitchen you look at the meadow with fruit trees where our ponies run. A few minutes' walk from our house you can enjoy strolling and paddling along the beaches of the Waal. There is also a wooden shoe path. By bike you can ride a beautiful bike along the Waal dike to nice fortified towns like Gorinchem and Zaltbommel. Or, if you cross the polder, you can cycle the beautiful Lingeroute along the meandering river Linge, through dreamy villages, over old dikes to the estate De Marienwaerdt. Along the way there are plenty of nice restaurants for a stop. Cities such as Den Bosch, Utrecht and Rotterdam within half an hour, Amsterdam 50 minutes.
