You have your own access to the lake. Due to the hillside location facing the road and the dense vegetation, as well as only five other vacation homes on the lake, which are all located at a large distance from each other (no connection between the properties), you are largely protected from prying eyes. After a good night's sleep, you wake up with a view of the lake and start the day with breakfast on the terrace by the lake or on the roof terrace of the house with fresh bread rolls and dairy products from the bakery or milk filling station (milk, yoghurt, cheese, etc.), which is within walking distance. During the day you can swim in the lake or relax on the loungers, the hammock or on the terrace. You can end the evening with a guitar (bring your own if necessary) by the fireplace by the lake and make plans for the coming days while the fire is blazing. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room, which provides cosy warmth on cold days.

Do you want to spend your vacation in the countryside by the lake, enjoy your freedom and still be able to take a quick trip to the open sea? Sounds like Scandinavia, but it's not far from the North Sea in Lower Saxony. Enjoy your privacy on the 2,500 square meter property, which is a peninsula surrounded on two sides by a private lake of approx. 1.3 hectares (your own part of the lake is approx. 6,000 square meters) and which you don't have to share with anyone. However, we would like to point out that the property is directly adjacent to a main road. Depending on the subjective perception of the guests, this could be perceived as a nuisance. However, most guests have rated the property as very quiet.
