Nature and surroundings
Ventron is a small Vosges village of 958 inhabitants, known as the Véternats. It is situated at an altitude of 640 meters, rising to a peak of 1,200 meters, with a breathtaking view over the Vosges and Alsace mountains. It extends over 2,500 hectares. The village center is 2 kilometers from the Domaine de l'Orbi. With over 120 km of trails marked by the Club Vosgien, Ventron is a paradise for hikers, where you can discover the flora and fauna of the Vosges. Find all the hiking, snowshoeing and mountain-biking trails at the Tourist Office. From family walks to long-distance trails, there's something for everyone! In the village, the leisure area offers a natural setting for families, with 18-hole mini-golf, a tennis court, swings, slides and a zip-line for children. The "Chauproyes" pond is sure to delight your fishing instincts.
