Nature and surroundings
Behind the house through a path you can walk in the woods and reach a small spring. Or at sunset time reach (10 minutes walk) the small Romanesque church of Pieve a Elici, an unmissable spectacle the lake the sea and the whole coast from Livorno to Liguria. Located between the Apuan Alps and the sea, 10 km from the park of Migliarino-San Rossore where you will find the wild beach of pristine dunes and 4 km from the protected oasis of Massaciucoli. These are just some of the naturalistic destinations in the surroundings.... In a day trip you can escusino to the 5 Terre, the white marble quarries of the Apuan Alps and all the cities of northern Tuscany (Pisa, Lucca, Florence...).
