Welcome to nature house! In 2024 our horse stable was partially converted into a comfortable house with an area of 85m2. On the ground floor there is a living room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. The upper floor consists of a spacious bedroom with generous views. The house has central heating, underfloor heating and 2 air conditioners. Outside you have a private garden with a terrace. For electric drivers there is a charging station available. There is also the possibility to work on your recovery or development with physiotherapy and (horse) coaching.
Nature and surroundings
In beautiful surroundings, our nature house is located at the foot of the Lochem mountain overlooking meadows and forest. Close to the river Berkel and 1km from Lochem. With numerous and varied hiking and biking trails nearby, you can easily explore the area. In particular, the eight castles route, the Pieterpad, the many cycling nodes or the most beautiful MTB route of the Achterhoek. Culturally, the area also has much to offer, such as Schouwburg Lochem or the outdoor theater. There are also events organized in the area, such as performances of Normaal and eventing Barchem. Also visit Hanseatic city Zutphen or Deventer, the smaller villages nearby or the White Wolf.

Nature, peace & environment:A lovely, beautiful, sleek, nicely finished, above all clean house, with 2 air conditioners. With lots of outdoor space. More than enough parking space. A great location to take trips around the area. We really enjoyed and would love to come back.Fantastic hosts. No effort too much to make you feel comfortable.
