Looking for nature and tranquility? Le Gîte, a cozy and welcoming chalet-style cottage that sleeps 14, welcomes you to its natural setting in the heart of the Vosges Mountains. The ground floor features: an entryway,a pantry, a restroom, a large living area with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms (each with 2 single beds and 1 140-cm bed on a mezzanine), and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a restroom. Upstairs: a mezzanine with a TV area, a bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, a toilet, 3 bedrooms with 160-cm beds, one of which has a private bathroom and toilet. A lean-to for storing firewood, bicycles, skis, etc. Outside, a covered terrace overlooking a small pond and expansive natural surroundings. Heating: underfloor heating with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. Firewood provided free of charge. Beds are made. Numerous hiking trails; the GR 533 passes right by.
Nature and surroundings
We poured our heart and soul into creating this cozy, warm, wood-paneled, chalet-style rural vacation rental in a former summer camp. The surroundings: nature, nature, nature! In the heart of the Vosges Mountains, with a view of the Meurthe Valley, surrounded by forests… a terrace overlooking a small pond fed by a spring. Starting point for hiking and biking trails (the GR 533 trail passes by) In the summer, a few goats come to spend their vacation in the nearby park—the kids love it! Gérardmer: 20 min; Colmar: 50 min

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €1,000.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.

- No parties or events are allowed.
