our cabane de Leon is located in our little campsite in Le Pouhou, on the edge of a forest with a small stream and a place to build a campfire. The campsite is closed in winter, it's a quiet family campsite, without animation, music is forbidden and we privilege the return to nature that's why there's no tv in the hut you have to come to look for the contact with nature there's a double bed, a sofa bed and a mezzanine for children to sleep bed linen and towels are to provide by yourself. there is no kitchen, but there is a fridge, a microwave, a bbq and brazero outside the dishes are done in the campsite a fridge, a microwave, shower and toilet bed linen is not included dogs are not allowed there is a bakery with coffee also 500m from 7am take good walking shoes is a plus for the region
Nature and surroundings
We're right in the middle of nature, with a forest path accessible from the hut and 2 small streams. Wild animals, wild boar and roe deer, come to eat not far from the hut. There are 2 nature reserves to visit within 50km (the Fagnes and the Semois reserve), in the evening, you can watch the stars and build a campfire while listening to the birds the road isn't far but at night there's not much traffic you can also take guided tours to see the beavers or the stag bellow in September during the school vacations there are a few more children and therefore a little more noise, but nature is everywhere present Durbuy and Bastogne are very close there's no TV in the cabin, and the wifi isn't great, back to the nature
