In our detached new house you will find enough space for your family vacation or vacation with friends. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped new fitted kitchen, a dining room, a cozy living room and a bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor our guests will find 3 double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower. Through the rear exit you enter the small conservatory, which gives you the opportunity to sit in the garden even when the weather is not so nice. From here you can reach the spacious garden with its old trees via a staircase. Our house has been completely renovated to make it energy-efficient, including a photovoltaic system and has central hot-air heating and a Peletto stove. The country holiday home is nestled at around 480 meters above sea level in the middle of the nature of the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park region in the municipality of Rascheid in Rhineland-Palatinate. Nature, peace & environment:Very nice spacious cottage. Separate living room and kitchen, spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Warm enough in winter (it was freezing outside), the owner has a pallet stove in the living room to make extra warm if you like. Cottage is close to a traumschleife (hiking trail), lots of historical things to see nearby. Good place if you like hiking/biking etc.
Heel fijn ruim huisje. Aparte woonkamer en keuken, ruime slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. In de winter warm genoeg (het vroor buiten), de eigenaar heeft een palletkachel in de woonkamer om nog extra warm te maken als je dat fijn vindt.
