Nature house in St. Agnant près Crocq

This nature house is a caban of 47m2 located on the grounds of Nature Center Tigouleix in Saint Agnant près Crocq. In the cottage, a lot of pure and raw materials have been used to express the beauty that these materials possess. Also in the small details you see this back. This to create an atmosphere of tranquility and a feeling of coming home. Of course there is also the usual comfort present. A bedroom with a 2p bed (200x160) and a 1p bed. A toilet, bathroom with shower and 2 sinks. All equipped with ecological products. In the central space there is a kitchen, sitting, and dining area. In the kitchen you will find everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. The whole place is heated with 2 electric heaters (on green electricity). Outside there is another porch with a seating area where you can enjoy the sounds of birds, cows and a donkey in the distance. Downstairs there is a BBQ, and a fire pit for fine evenings together all around.

N.C. Tigouleix is located in the gently rolling green landscape of Parc naturel régional de Millevaches. It is a very depopulated and non-touristy region. Its many activities are charming for their smallness and simplicity; Churches, castles, markets, flea markets, village festivals, exhibitions and concerts. Hundreds of km of trails are here among the meadows, for endless walking or cycling and enjoying the views (maps available). For those who want to go higher, a little further away there is the Parc regional des Vulcans d'Auvergne. With as its highest peak the Puy Sancy (1885 m) and the Puy de Dome with its Gallo-Roman temple, dedicated to the god Mercury. Also here an extensive network of trails for div. outdoor sports and opportunities to rent something for it. In the valley lies the cute old ski village of Mont-Dore with its thermal baths. In the other direction you will find Plateau de Millevache with its special natural values and many Romanesque artifacts.
