We rent our ground floor vacation house in the heart of Dordogne, located at the end of a cul-de-sac on the edge of the forest. The house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet and a living room with kitchen and lounge. The living space and kitchen give direct access to the covered terrace. In the private garden you have an outdoor lounge under the oaks, a private hot tub (no look!) and a large qualitative set-up pool of 5X5m. A little further on the property you can use the petanque court, the playground equipment and the large pool. (Open April-September) These facilities are not private, but are shared with our family. (son °2016, daughter °2018). Our chickens provide fresh eggs daily and you can also expect some from the vegetable garden. Extras: - air conditioning - private driveway + private parking for 2 (max. 3) cars
Nature and surroundings
The house itself is surrounded by the trees, especially oaks and olive trees. You will find several shady spots in the private 3500m² garden to relax in the greenery. Welcome to the French countryside! Be sure to look up at night and behold the beautiful, endless starry sky! Our house is located in Sanilhac, in the middle of the Dordogne department. This location is ideal for trips to both the north and south, where you will find many tourist attractions! Do you love peace, history, picturesque villages, good food and drink, markets, nature, beautiful views, castles, breathtaking gardens and parks, adventurous trips for young and old, (water) sports, rivers, etc? Then Dordogne is for you!
