We rent our ground floor vacation house in the heart of Dordogne, located at the end of a cul-de-sac at the edge of the forest. The house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet and a living room with kitchen and lounge. In the bathroom there is a sink for wheelchair users, also the spacious toilet and the spacious walk-in shower is extra convenient for them. The living space and kitchen give direct access to the terrace. A little further on the property you can use the petanque court, the playground equipment and the large swimming pool. These facilities are not private, although we hardly use these things ourselves. If you will see us at all, it is more likely to be with a snack and drink. Our chickens provide fresh eggs daily and you can also expect some from the vegetable garden. Extras: - air conditioning - private driveway + private parking for 2 (max. 3) cars

The house itself is surrounded by the trees, especially oaks and olive trees. You will find in the private 35 acre garden several shady spots to relax in the greenery. In the private garden there is a lounge set under the trees and an above ground private pool.Our house is located in Sanilhac, in the middle of the Dordogne department. This location is ideal for trips to both the north and south, where you will find many tourist attractions!
