Enjoy a quiet stay in the countryside in our charming cottage for up to 7 people, with private entrance. The house has exposed beams, natural stone and a wood stove. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x double and 1x single bed). Downstairs: living room with sofa bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious garden and private pool. Breakfast at the Auberge (8am-10am): €7.50 p.p., on reservation. Fresh bread possible (order before 6 p.m.). Auberge de Bramefort (900m): meals with products from own farm (from €16, veg. option possible). Nature and surroundings
The Limousine is a beautiful hilly area just north of the Dordogne and not yet overrun with tourists. Many walks right from the farm and bike rides (hilly, so electric support a plus). Lovely chilling under the trees, peace and quiet and space. Even after 20 years we still find the region surprisingly beautiful every day. Many castles, the castle route of Richard Coeur de Lion (Lion Heart) in the immediate vicinity. The paths to St Jacques de Compostelle in the vicinity. Beautiful lakes, rivers for canoeing. Limoges with its old town and its river Vienne. Brocante in Aixe sur Vienne, and our beautiful surroundings, known from the series Meiland!
