Nature house in Hollange

You get to experience just how beautiful nature is.
You really realize that as you venture deeper into Belgium.
And how laid-back the people are there.
No rush, just nice and chill.
We enjoyed the region, the local specialties in the restaurants, exploring nearby villages, and above all, the peace and quiet.
It was also our wedding anniversary—we celebrated it a little early because it was too difficult to do so on September 21 itself—but we couldn’t have picked a better time.
I definitely recommend this to people who also want to enjoy the surroundings and the peace and quiet.
And of course the beautiful Tiny house, which is actually quite spacious for a “tiny” house.
It was cozy inside because it was nicely decorated.
Another plus: you can park your car right below the cottage.

We didn’t do any activities, just walked around the villages a bit, but this place seems perfect for biking and mountain biking—preferably on e-bikes, since the elevation changes can make for some tough pedaling.
So, for enthusiasts.

Je ervaard hoe mooi de natuur wel niet is.
Dat besef je dus als je dieper België intrekt.
En hoe rustig de mensen daar zijn.
Niets gehaast, lekker chill.
Wij hebben genoten van de streek, streekproducten in de restaurants, dorpjes in de buurt verkend en vooral veel genoten van de rust.
Het was ook onze huwelijksverjaardag, iets vroeger genomen omdat het te moeilijk was op 21 september zelf, maar we hadden het niet beter kunnen treffen.
Beveel dit zeker aan voor mensen die ook willen genieten van de omgeving en rust.
En natuurlijk het mooie tiny house, wat toch redelijk groot is om tiny te zijn.
Het bleef wel gezellig binnenin omdat het ook goed aangekleed was.
Ook een pluspunt, je kan de wagen onderaan het huisje parkeren.

Activiteiten hebben we niet gedaan, alleen een beetje rondgewandeld in de dorpjes maar voor fietsen en mountainbike lijkt dit hier perfect, liefst elektrisch want met de hoogte verschillen kan het wel eens zwaar trappen worden.
Dus voor liefhebbers.

It’s a beautiful location, and the Tiny house was wonderful, too.
I especially loved the theme they chose.
It has a Balinese vibe—really beautiful.
There are lots of handmade items in this Tiny house, all crafted with love.
The carved wood details also give the house a warm character.

The space is also spacious, both downstairs and upstairs.
The bed is beautiful and large—you can lie in any direction.
And when you get out of bed, you can step right into the walk-in shower.
Next to it is the small bathroom, which is connected to the sauna.
We didn’t use the sauna, but we did use the jacuzzi several times.
It’s located at the front, though it’s somewhat hidden from view.
You have a beautiful view of a valley with cows that leave their barn on their own and wander deep into the valley.
It was lovely to see that they also return on their own.
And not to mention the beautiful starry sky when you look up from the hot tub in the evening—it’s truly amazing!

Het is een prachtige locatie en het huisje was eveneens prachtig.
Vooral het thema dat hiervoor gekozen is.
Bali-sfeer, echt mooi.
Veel zelfgemaakte spullen in dit tiny house maar met veel liefde gemaakt.
Ook de afwerking met het uitgesneden hout geeft een warm karakter aan het huis.
Vooral de foto’s kijken want dat geeft nog een beter beeld met wat ik bedoel.
Ook de ruimte is groot, zowel beneden als boven.
Het bed is ook prachtig en groot, je kan in alles richtingen liggen.
En als je het bed verlaat kan je zo de inloopdouche in.
Met ernaast het badkamertje aangesloten aan de sauna.
Die hebben we niet gebruikt maar wel de jacuzzi meermaals.
Die staat aan de voorkant maar wel wat gecamoufleerd.
Je hebt een mooi uitzicht op een vallei met koeien die zelfstandig hun stal verlaten en diep de vallei intrekken.
Was mooi om te zien dat ze zelfstandig ook wederkeren.
En dan nog te zwijgen over de mooie sterrenhemel als je in de avond in de jacuzzi naar boven kijkt, verwonderlijk!

We did some nice hiking near Bastogne. Plenty of great trails to be found nearby. And the cottage has a folder with lots of info.

We hebben lekker gehiked in de buurt van Bastogne. Genoeg leuke trails te vinden in de buurt. En het huisje heeft een mapje met veel info.

Nice luxury cottage, exceeded expectations. Lovely spa weekend, both sauna and jacuzzi were wonderful. Would definitely come here again.Some points of improvement: - the kitchen could use a new frying pan; and - more towels would be appreciated.Other than that, everything was absolutely great!

Lekker luxe huisje, overtrof de verwachtingen. Heerlijk spa weekend, zowel de sauna als jacuzzi waren heerlijk. Zou hier zeker nog een keer naartoe willen komen.

Een aantal verbeterpunten:

- de keuken kan een nieuwe koekenpan gebruiken; en
- meer handdoeken zouden gewaardeerd worden.

Verder was alles helemaal top!

Beautiful cottage value for money. Everything was also thought of. Everything you needed was there

Mooi huisje waar voor je geld. Aan alles was ook gedacht. Alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig

Peace and space. Overlooking the cows with calves. Wonderful to recharge again.

Rust en ruimte. Uitkijkend op de koeien met kalfjes. Heerlijk om weer even terug op te laden.
