This cozy guesthouse is located in the yard of our residential farm. It is a beautiful place in the outskirts of Zutphen to dream away, looking over meadows and cornfields. In the yard is a private place to sit outside or in the fruit orchard to enjoy the peace, space and nature. The cottage of 50m2 has on the ground floor a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and separate toilet. On the first floor is a small bedroom (8m2) with two single beds. In 2023, this former stable was converted into a guest house while preserving historical elements. With underfloor heating and heat pump, the cottage is heated and cooled. The fully equipped kitchen has induction hob, dishwasher, combi oven-microwave and fridge-freezer. Parking is available on private property, for bikes there is a shed with charging point.
