In a quiet location, this family home with a living area of 110 sq.m. is set on a 1900 sq.m. plot, a little way from the village center and surrounded by nature. it can accommodate up to 8 people. on the plot behind the house, it is very pleasant in summer to have lunch outside in the shade of the trees or to take an aperitif in the evening in front of a sumptuous sunset.At night, you'll be able to contemplate a fabulous starry sky in the absence of light pollution.the house is old and stays cool even during heatwaves, and very warm in winter thanks to 2 wood-burning stoves.household linen is not provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, pillowcases).
Nature and surroundings
It is located in a village 10 minutes from the center of Gerardmer. You'll be able to swim in several lakes close to the house, such as Lac de Gerardmer or Lac de Longemer, about 10 minutes away by car. You can also take advantage of the many well-maintained, signposted hiking trails and enjoy outdoor activities such as cross-country biking, tree-top trekking, fishing and more. In winter, after skiing, you can relax in front of a roaring fire.
