Nature house in Frankenau

A charming, cozy cottage surrounded by peace and nature. This attractive wooden cottage can accommodate 6 people. You’ll enter into a cozy living room with a real wood stove. There’s also a spacious dining area on the ground floor where you can enjoy a pleasant meal. A small staircase leads to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, and washing machine. On the same floor are the bathroom (shower and toilet) and the bedroom (with a double box-spring bed). A sturdy wooden staircase leads to the other two bedrooms. Both bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double box-spring bed) have their own sink and provide access to the balcony. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the nature reserve.

Located in the southeastern part of the Sauerland region, in Hesse. The vacation home is situated in the village of Frankenau, right next to the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. The cottage is nestled against the hillside in the small, spacious, and peaceful vacation village of Frankenau. From Frankenau, there are various day trips you can take. In the winter, you can enjoy the various ski resorts. There’s plenty to do in the summer, too. The Edersee (a 15-minute drive) is within easy reach. This is a very large reservoir that’s definitely worth a visit! There are also several towns and villages to explore where you can still admire authentic half-timbered houses.(Marburg, Bad Wildungen, Korbach) Nature takes center stage in every season. This nature house is located in a scenic and peaceful setting. From the house, you can go on beautiful hikes, mountain bike, horseback ride, or take motorcycle rides.
