On 30-35 sqm and 2 floors, the room is designed to save space: two separate bedrooms, each with a 1.60 m or 1.40 m wide double bed and a further single bed mattress, offer space for a maximum of 5 people. The mini-kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with shower/WC. The small bedroom on the upper floor can be reached via a stepladder (not just a child's dream). Nature as a living space: a large furnished balcony offers a wonderful view over the grounds and the Türkenbach, which meanders leisurely through the newly planted floodplain forest. Nature becomes a living space: a flowering and orchard meadow, a newly planted forest of exotic trees such as ginkgo, Lebanese cedar, sequoia, a forest adventure trail including a 12m long footbridge along the Türkenbach (direct access), two viewing platforms, barbecue area and much more. The tree stilt house is energy-insulated and can be lived in all year round with underfloor heating and solar energy.

The Nature house is easily accessible via the district road. This leads directly past the area. The local bus stops directly on site three times a day. The traffic can be heard, at least until the young trees and newly planted hedges provide protection from the noise. Directly across the road is the Haslacher See lake with its beautiful bathing area and kiosk. 20 minutes away by car: Neuschwanstein Castle/Füssen, the Wieskirche church in Steingaden, Bernbeuren is nestled in the hilly Alpine foothills. Away from the main roads, the artisan and farming village nestles against the Auerberg (1055m). There are no discount stores in the village, but there is a grocery store, small specialist stores for daily needs and a few steaming piles of manure. Originality is what holidaymakers appreciate about Bernbeuren. Active people and those interested in culture won't get bored anyway with the intoxicating scenery and natural leisure activities on offer here, so ... whether in between or extensively. Come on down.
