This apartment is located in the quiet rear part of the inner courtyard and is accessible via a private terrace in front of the front door. This modern 3-room maisonette apartment offers around 70 m² of space for up to 5 people! The spacious living area with kitchenette and dining table with dining couch is perfect for eating and relaxing together. In the bedroom on the first floor, you will find a comfortable box-spring bed and a modern foldaway bed. The bedroom on the upper floor has another box-spring bed and its own adjoining WC. The bathroom has a corner shower and WC. Your stay includes use of the private spa, fitness room, natural pool and large garden with barbecue. Parking spaces are available.

A bike tour through the Franconian lake district, relaxing by the heated natural pool, in the private spa or a massage? A barbecue in the garden, children playing in the playground, sliding, jumping on the trampoline, a round of table tennis or table football with the family, or simply a nice chat around the campfire? Our vacation farm is located in the quiet district of Haundorf-Eichenberg in Bavaria in the middle of the three vacation regions Franconian Lake District, Altmühltal Nature Park and the Romantic Franconia region. The Brombach, Igelsbach and Altmühl lakes, numerous fishing ponds, as well as beautiful excursion destinations and sights are only a short distance from our vacation farm and can be easily reached by car or partly by bike for swimming, relaxing and exploring.
