The exclusive vacation home Toskana is idyllically situated in the middle of a small, ecologically cultivated olive grove. The private pool (can be illuminated at night) is purified with salt instead of chlorine. The salt content corresponds to that of a tear. The restored old fieldstone house has bright white lattice windows and doors and green shutters. The terrace is completely covered and furnished. A few steps lead from the terrace into the open-plan living area, which is separated from the eat-in kitchen with fireplace by a round arch. A small hallway leads to the shower room on the first floor and to the storage room. A curved stone staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a spacious shower room. The magnificent panorama of the Pisan mountains to the south and the hilly landscape of the Garfagnana (partly a nature reserve) create a magical atmosphere.

Lucca, part of northern Tuscany, with its proximity to the sea and the marble mountains in the background, offers visitors plenty of variety between vineyards and olive groves. Florence and Pisa are relatively easy to reach. The old town itself is a jewel with its defiant houses and 4.4 km of intact city walls, which can be walked or cycled around. The town is of Etruscan origin and still shows traces of Roman times and all subsequent centuries. The town center (supermarket) and more is barely more than a minute's drive away, Lucca can be reached in a good 10 minutes, the sea in 30 minutes. Mountain bike tours, golf > e.g.: Montecatini Golf Club. Day trips to the nearby Mediterranean, to the nearby Marble Mountains, Pinocchio Park in Collodi, visits to the famous villas of Lucca, thermal baths in Montecatini or Monsummano. Just a few minutes' drive away: "Oasi WWF Bosco del Bottaccio" nature reserve.
