The house was completely renovated and offers all the comforts to make your stay the most enjoyable time. During the summer on the bike, with the feet in the sand and delicious bbq'ing in the garden. During winter a long walk in the dunes and when the evening falls cozy in the seat by the most beautiful wood stove. The compact open kitchen was equipped with all appliances. Dishwasher, convection oven (Siemens), refrigerator and induction stove. Adjacent to the kitchen is the cozy dining and sitting area with fireplace and garden view. The living room is flooded with daylight and overlooks the green area around the house. In the kitchen there is a Nespresso machine with milk frother for the best coffees. There is also a kettle, toaster and orange juicer. The house can accommodate a family of up to 5 people. On the ground floor is a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with a high sleeper of three single beds.

In Nieuwpoort you will find this picturesque vacation home adjacent to the Simliduinen and behind the Karthuizerduinen. Take our sweet little gate on the street side, and walk through the Simliduinen to the beach (600m walking distance, at the level of Groenendijk beach). With the bikes you are also in no time at the beach, the shopping street, in Nieuwpoort village or at the supermarket. This house, with its three terraces and large dune garden all around, has everything for a whole day of sun. For small and big children we have a large built-in trampoline, fun guaranteed.

Very neat, very tastefully furnished. The decoration, furnishings and crockery show a very nice style. The cottage is very inviting, charming and very stylish, equipped with all comforts.
