Recently renovated, this natural stone house has a modern wood extension with lots of glass and direct mountain views. The east and south side have unobstructed mountain views This comfortable house is our home and is only rented to nature lovers in July and August. With 140 m2 this house is a very pleasant place for a fantatastic vacation. The garden with a large terrace lies directly on a field and a breathtaking view. The house is located 10 minutes drive from Die, famous for its Clairette de Die.All stores restaurants can be found in Die
Nature and surroundings
Marignac en Diois has 200 inhabitants of which about 50 are in le village where the house is located. It is a very quiet village with no through road. You are guaranteed to be in the middle of unspoiled nature and you can make several walks directly from the house. Marignac borders the Parc du Vercors. Nature, peace & environment:We enjoyed living in the house with 4/6 adults for two weeks, pleasant introduction to the owner who shared details about the house and the area. Lovely quiet spot in a private street of the village. Enjoyed the garden and being "outside" with beautiful views of the country and mountains.
Wij hebben het huis met 4/6 volwassenen met veel genoegen voor twee weken bewoond, plezierige kennismaking met de eigenaar die bijzonderheden over het huis en de omgeving deelde. Heerlijk rustige plek in een eigen straatje van het dorpje. Genoten van de tuin en het 'buiten' zijn met een prachtig uitzicht op het land en de bergen.
