An intimate vacation rental for 2 persons, this "little house", of 26m² with a large private garden, is located on the grounds of LeMas du Lac (old vacation colony) and was renovated in the winter of 23/24, or rather transformed from an old shower building into a lovely little house with all modern conveniences and with a beautiful green view. What to expect: -a tastefully furnished living room and a tiny wood stove (wood included) -comfortable kitchen with induction hob, fridge and microwave/grill, coffee maker, kettle, pans, plates, etc.; -a bedroom with 2 single beds 80cmx190cm (or together 160cmx190cm); -a bathroom with rain/hydromassage shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine with dryer; -a smarttv with Orange TV (streaming from your own TV/movie subscription is possible); -various board games and books; -information about the area, walking and cycling routes; -a veranda at the house and private garden with green view; -a private parking.

The lake is within walking distance from the cottage. Two sandy beaches are 4km away. On the lake basically "everything" may be done. From fishing, swimming to boating. There is a part where you can jet and water ski and there is a part where it is so quiet and calm that you hear nothing but a breath of wind, the birds and a fish that sprints out of the water for a moment, motorized is not allowed there. At the campsite nearby, kayaks are rented for a nice trip on the beautiful lake, starting on the quiet side of the lake. The Corrèze is known for its beauty, beautiful hilly nature with many lakes and rivers (including Gorges de la Dordogne) and views. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. This area is ideal for sportsmen, nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet as well as for beach, swimming and fishing enthusiasts.
