Nature house in Toldijk

A sweeper or vacuum cleaner would have been easy. There was a stand for the parasol, but the parasol was missing.

Een veger of stofzuiger was makkelijk geweest. Er was wel een standaard voor de parasol aanwezig, maar de parasol ontbrak.

It was lovely to stay in a beautiful spacious house and fully equipped. Also nice to be able to sit in several places outside. Because there was only a senseo available, we brought our own coffee maker from home.

Het was heerlijk vertoeven in een mooi ruim huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook fijn om op meerdere plekken in buiten te kunnen zitten. Omdat er alleen een senseo aanwezig was, hebben we ons eigen koffiezetapparaat van huis meegenomen.

We (5 adults, 3 children, 1 dog) had a FANTASTIC (May) vacation in this cottage. Sincerely, there was little to nothing to complain about. The house is spacious, there is plenty of room for children to play, there is a stair gate upstairs, three(!) wcs and 2 showers and then also an infrared sauna. The large table in the living room is a bit crooked but that is not a problem because there is also a large table in the kitchen. Everything is perfectly taken care of with beds made and lots of towels. We only missed a coffee maker (there was senseo) but we got it ourselves and left it there so that was also remedied :). We had good weather and had a great time.

Wij (5 volwassenen, 3 kinderen, 1 hond) hebben een FANTASTISCHE (mei)vakantie gehad in dit huisje. Oprecht was er weinig tot niets op aan te merken. Het huis is ruim opgezet, er is volop speelgelegenheid voor kinderen, er is een traphekje boven, drie(!) wcs en 2 douches en dan ook nog een infraroodsauna. De grote tafel in de huiskamer is wat scheef maar dat is geen probleem omdat er ook een grote tafel in de keuken is. Alles is perfect verzorgd met opgemaakte bedden en veel handdoeken. We misten alleen een koffiezetapparaat (er was wel senseo) maar die hebben we zelf op de kop getikt en achtergelaten dus dat is ook verholpen :). We hadden goed weer en hebben ons goed vermaakt.

The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac with absolutely no traffic or neighbors. It was extremely quiet, plenty between the fields and adjacent to piece of greenery. Occasionally you can of course hear the farmer working his land but this certainly did not get in our way. We came there to relax completely. Furthermore, in the middle of the polder area but we also had a cyclist with us who had a great time in the greenery in the area.

Het huis ligt aan het eind van een doodlopende weg met totaal geen verkeer of buren. Het was extreem rustig, volop tussen de akkers en aangrenzend aan stuk groen. Af en toe hoor je natuurlijk wel de boer die zijn land bewerkt maar dit heeft ons zeker niet in de weg gezeten. We kwamen er helemaal tot rust. Verder middenin poldergebied maar we hadden ook een wielrenner bij zich die zich prima heeft vermaakt in het groen in de omgeving.

It is a beautiful place to stay.

Het is een mooie plaats om te verblijven.
