Looking for peace and quiet? In our beautifully situated vacation home in southern France, there is plenty of this! We will do everything to make your vacation a great time! The house is located in Léruech at 3 km from La Salvetat Peyrales, where there is a bakery. A large supermarket can be found just 15 km away in Rieupeyroux. The house consists of a living area, a dining area and the kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a large bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Since 2023, a second bedroom and bathroom are available in the outbuilding. In front of the house is a large garden separated by a hedge, where you can sit or lie under the trees or under the umbrella and enjoy the view and where you can relax in the hot tub, which can be heated. The house is equipped with: -internet, fiberglass -t.v. -oven -dishwasher -washing machine and dryer -air conditioning in the bedroom
Nature and surroundings
The house is situated on the border of the Aveyron and the Tarn. It is quiet, you can see many different birds! You can make beautiful walks and bike rides. In Rieuxpeyroux, a town 15 km away, there is a supermarket. Villefranche de Rouerque is 29 km away, there you can eat delicious food and there are some larger supermarkets. Albi is a beautiful place, which is well worth a visit. Najac is a beautiful small village.
