This delightful Nature House in the middle of the Ardeche, was completed in June 2023. The house is equipped with all comforts. There are two bathrooms with rain shower and two toilets, the whole house has air conditioning / heating and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob and a Nespresso machine. There are three bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (180cm), one with 2 single beds and a (children's) bedroom with bunk beds (max 12 years). In and around the house free wifi, and in the living room a TV with all Dutch channels. Around the lovely swimming pool (heated in low season, extra charge) are sun beds available and extensive dining is done at the large family table on the covered terrace. The house is located in a very quiet suburb of a small French village 'á la campagne', with only one immediate neighbor. From the living room and bedroom you have a view over the village.
Nature and surroundings
Less than 10 minutes away you will find the authentic medieval village of Largentière with its historic castle. For daily shopping you can go to the supermarket, or would you rather scavenge around the weekly market? Nothing beats a delicious French cheese, handpicked on a French market with a nice local wine! At about 20 minutes you will find the large provincial town of Aubenas, with all possible stores. Also at 20 minutes (via the beautiful parade along the river Ardèche) is Ruoms. A pleasant tourist town with a hypermarket and a nice main street with the necessary restaurants and stores.
